Once Upon a Potionโ€ฆ

๐Ÿฅ„ A tired mum with no village nor instruction manual

Lunaโ€™s Imaginarium was born out of the deeply personal journey of navigating motherhood in a world that often feels isolating and overwhelming. As a parent grappling with severe postpartum depression, ADHD, and autism, I found myself longing for tools to create moments of respite and connection โ€” not just for and with my daughter, but for myself too.

She needed a โœจspark of wonderโœจ, a way to explore her independence and curiosity, and I needed space to breathe and rediscover my strength.

๐Ÿงช Lunaโ€™s Imaginarium was created from the heart of a crafter, a lifelong โ€œhobbies collectorโ€, and the brain of a techie. Iโ€™ve always been drawn to blending STEM + creativityโ€”to spark curiosity, inspire experiments, and help children understand and invent the world around them.

What started as a simple quest to occupy my daughterโ€™s hands and heart quickly grew into something bigger. I realised that many parentsโ€”especially mothersโ€”feel the same pressures, the same exhaustion, the same desire to nurture their childโ€™s confidence and independenceโ€ฆ while trying to reclaim their own. ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ’ซ I believe in the power of kindness, honesty, and community. I believe in creating a space where parents feel heard and supported (not judged), and where children can discover the magic of their own imagination. Lunaโ€™s Imaginarium isnโ€™t just about toys or potionsโ€”itโ€™s about fostering relationships:

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Between parents and children

๐Ÿ’ฌ Between mums and daughters

๐Ÿ‘ต Between grandparents and littlelies

๐Ÿก And between families and the broader village weโ€™re all trying to rebuild.

Iโ€™m not a business person. Iโ€™m introverted, and I do this in my spare time to keep my sanity. But if my story resonates with youโ€”๐Ÿ’Œ letโ€™s build our own village.

Iโ€™ll bring spoons. ๐Ÿฅ„โœจ
